Guarantor must own a home in Northern Ireland and be in employment. They will have to supply us with a recent mortgage statement/ letter from solicitor to confirm they own their own home. If there are 2 names on the property, the joint party must also sign the contract.
Payslips / confirmation of their employment may also be required along with their ID.
They are signing that if you do not pay the rent or cause any additional damage that they are liable for it and accept full responsibility.
Please ensure you have discussed this with your guarantor before submitting their details.
